    A lovely property to stay in during our trip to Sidmouth.

    Well situated with everything you might possibly need to make your stay enjoyable. Well presented property with friendly hosts.

    Nothing to dislike although parking in the front courtyard was initially challenging due to limited width for turning. Practice made perfect however! 😊

    Excellent place in a lovely location

    Lovely spacious clean property in a fantastic location. The courtyard was a real bonus, as was being able to park at the property. We found the kitchen to be well equipped for our needs. Andy & Karen were great hosts and gave us helpful information about the area too, all in all a wonderful stay!

    Great property in perfect location with just a few niggles

    Perfect location, very clean, great showers, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, nice little courtyard

    Piillows were too soft, sofa also too soft, lock on front door was very high so unable to access if petite - my friend could not reach it to go in or out. All the cost hangers were on higher rails. Just a few accessibility issues for the owner to think about but we did like the property overall.
