Great place right on the edge of town easy walk , clean and comfortable , friendly host .

Very close to the ice rink (here for a competition), and an easy 10 min walk into town and 15 min walk to the train station. Very accommodating which made our stay and timings so much easier.

Very handy location for the gig I attended at Beach Ballroom. Free off road parking. Friendly welcome from host and room comfortable, clean and with everything I needed. Quiet. Slept well. Will use again should I have call to be in Aberdeen.

Property was clean, good value, Colin (the owner) was very good company and the bedroom window could be opened (I like fresh air!). The breakfast was excellent and well worth the cost. The property is close to the beach and all that goes with it. I'll stay again.

Very welcoming and friendly. The room had all I needed and the bed was super comfy. I resisted the temptation to order an amazing looking breakfast
