    Khách sạn khá ổn, phù hợp nghỉ qua đêm

    Nhân viên rất thân thiện và hỗ trợ, có bãi đậu xe, khách sạn có tầm nhìn tốt, vị trí ksan khá thuận tiện di chuyển ăn chơi.

    Hơi xa bãi tắm, bể bơi nhỏ. Không phù hợp với người thích tắm biển. Mình bị bồi thường oan 1 chai dầu gội bị nứt mặc dù ko hề động vào. Nếu ksan 4/5* thì lên tin khách chứ ko khách nào lại đi trốn tránh trách nhiệm 1 việc nhỏ như vậy. Góp ý để ksan kiểm tra giám sát kỹ lưỡng thiết bị những lần sau.

    Picturesque stay in Ha Long Bay

    Room was large, clean and comfy. Pool had a nice view.

    We thought we had booked a suite with an ocean view but what we got was a slightly bigger room on the 3rd floor overlooking an indoor pickleball tournament. Also told we had a balcony but you could barely stand on it let alone sit. Breakfast was tasty but only caters for Asian visitors.
