From 01 April until 05 November, a kaiseki meal featuring Tajima wagyu beef is served. From 06 November until 31 March, a course meal with crab is served.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Guests must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests checking in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.     최고의 숙소!

    Ginka에서 지내는 동안 이렇게까지 대접받아본 적이 없는 것 같아요. 제가 질문이 많았는데, 하나하나 정성스럽게 답변해주시고 직원분들도 모두 친절하세요! 늘 웃는 얼굴로 맞이해주시고 정말 편안한 날을 보냈습니다. 더 오랜 기간 머물고 싶었는데 아쉬워요!! 다음엔 더 오래 머물고 싶어요:)

    Our favourite hotel in Japan...maybe in the world!

    Ginka truly exceeded our expectations. Honestly, I'd like to keep it a secret but they deserve recognition. Everything was better than we could have hoped for. The staff were excellent, friendly and incredibly helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. They even helped us improve our Japanese! The room was beautiful. Elegant and simple in a very Japanese way, but still comfortable. Fantastic view over the river. We had our own onsen in the bathroom, which was nice but the room got very hot when we used it. Everything in the mini bar was free, as well as sweets, drinks and ice creams/yoghurts outside the onsen. Speaking of which. Two private onsens that can be booked in 40 minute slots, very nicely appointed and comfortable. The public onsen was fantastic, beautiful. Serene and calming with a view of the river. It was most enjoyable watching the fish jumping out of the river. The food was UNBELIEVABLE! The kaiseke dinner was out of this world delicious, and so generous. The staff were very informative and really helped us to enjoy the food as much as possible. Drinks too were very good. Breakfast was massive. Beautifully presented and impressive. Our second morning we were able to eat with a view of the river. The shuttle bus to Kinosaki is a good system and the town is nice, we enjoyed the onsens but we could have spent the whole day at Ginka! We can't wait to come back. It wasn't cheap but it was worth every single penny.

    An amazing stay!

    The staff were really helpful and kind. The food was amazing, really fresh and very well thought-out. We loved the public outdoor bath, but also really appreciated that a private back was available as well. I really enjoyed the location as well. It was the rest we needed in the middle of a busy trip. There was a shuttle bus to bring you into town, and they provided yukata you can wear. It was an amazing stay!

    No complaints. It was perfect.
