Staff was amazing, so kind and knowledgeable. Room was clean.

The rooftop bar was a little loud so we went out onto the terrace but there wasn't a lot of seating. We did LOVE the Harry Potter theme though after seeing the symphony ❤️ In our room the bathroom door didn't latch shut at all.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make even a single night special. They allowed an early check in and because it was our wedding night we entered the room to a complimentary champagne, chocolate dipped strawberries and a handwritten note congratulating us and thanking us for choosing them to be a part of our big day.
