    Awful rooms.

    The bed was too small and hard, the bath too short. The shower was useless, no towel rail. The cistern dripped all night. If the windows were closed it was too hot, if open could not sleep due to traffic noise. No air conditioning. A really poor, small room. The second day the maids left dirty towels in the middle of the floor. The travel Lodge in Chester centre has just been refurbished and better quality rooms and a lot cheaper. Not worth the £90 per night

    Service with a Smile

    First time at the Mill House. Everything was as good as they said and better..very clean all the Spa areas where working and clean pool was a nice temperature.. Room was bigger than expected all comfortable...Breakfast was excellent. Staff helpful. All good !
