Payment issue
Disgusting customer service. The administrator at the reception is boorish. Do not accept payment online, if you booked through the Booking service, upon check-in hotel representatives ask you to cancel the booking for Booking with re-booking on their website to pay online. Wow

Nice, Silent, Clean
I liked it very much. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was smiling. They served the breakfast to the room, that was nice too, but breakfast could be enriched a little. It takes around 15 minutes to arrive at Pervomayskaya metro station. A little far from city centre. And also may be they could put a chair to let the guest work on the table. I can book it again with no regret.

Big bargain
Absolute bargain place, first of all its a very neat and clean place in a quiet location. 24 hr friendly receptionist who are always happy to answer your any questions. 10 min walk to metro and then 20 min metro ride to red squre. Breakfast was included and had some great options. A great find in Moscow.

Excellent option in Moscow
The Hotel is an excellent option in Moscow . Great Value for money. The staffs are really very helpful and charming. Always with a smile. Comfortable cozy rooms . Can select from range of Breakfast . Awesome experience. 15 drive from city center.
