Lovely hotel!
The hotel looks so lovely and new the moment we entered. The pics online are very accurate. I love the Christmas decor is still up. Ngoc, the receptionist was very nice and accommodating. She made sure we knew all the spots around town- food, shopping, cafes, spa! Looking forward to the rest of our stay here.

Great experience assisted by wonderful staff
Linh and Huy provided outstanding assistance during our stay, especially at check-in. They were highly professional, efficient, and communicated very clearly in English, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated that they went the extra mile to assist us with an early check-in, which made a big difference after our journey. Throughout the interaction, they were warm, patient, and attentive, ensuring that everything was properly arranged and that we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Their service truly reflects the high standard of hospitality at Rey Hotel. With staff like Linh and Huy, Rey Hotel is definitely the way to go. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and great location
The hotel is very beautiful and the staff are very kind and helpful. Ngoc checked me in and was so nice and helpful. She went over all costs and what to expect in the beginning of my stay and some recommendations in the city. This is also a great location to walk around!
