Value for money
The owner is very friendly and helpful, and the apartment is definitely a 10/10 for value for money. Instructions on how to self check-in were very clear, and the check-out process was straightforward. I came here when Hanoi was particularly hot but the apartment has both aircon and a fan so it was easy to feel comfortable. The apartment is fitted with a small kitchenette area and a fridge/freezer. I had just two separate one-night stays here but I believe that the owner also supports travellers who want to stay long-term.
This part of Hanoi is full of narrow lanes that only pedestrians and motorbikes can go down, so trying to find this place for the first time in the dark was very difficult - even with the instructions that the owner gave. It is worth noting that the mattress on the bed is firm - very common in Vietnam.
