    Payment with CreditCard and get invoice was problem

    Hotel asked to pay additional 10% for VAT INVOICE, but after asking 4/5 times by Zalo. Person in charge just repeats "will inform to the accountant", but no actual response. and finally they didn't issue. Terrible, Bed is not clean. Elevator is up to 7F. My room was 8F, and need to climb up one floor by stair. There's 3 locked doord until room. Entrance door (both of go in and go out, need room key), lobby door (pin), room door (room key). However, there's stockyard of some company and often entrance door kept opened.

    Very good

    The location was good as I walked down to West Lake a lot for morning exercise. Once you walk around the area more little places became apparent.

    Maybe public transport. It was only buses so doesn't avoid the traffic. But Grab was cheap anyway. And walking was okay although have to be careful as footpaths are very narrow.

    No lifts book if you like to hike stairs

    Electricity used to cutoff due to load once neighbours start using their electricity. We had to climb 2 floors as lift access is limited from 2nd to 7th floor only. Need to climb floor 1 and last 8th floor. No partition or curtain next to Bath tub causing water to spread in entire bathroom.
