    ⭐ 1/5. Trải nghiệm cực kỳ thất vọng. Nhân viên phản hồi rất chậm, hỗ trợ thiếu nhiệt tình và xử lý vấn đề không hiệu quả. Phòng cách âm kém, tiếng ồn ảnh hưởng rõ rệt đến việc nghỉ ngơi. Nơi ở không hỗ trợ xuất hóa đơn VAT. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ không quay lại.

    Lovely place to stay in Hanoi!

    Very comfortable and despite being in a busy road it was very quiet inside the apartment, host was great and very responsive

    Amazing stay

    The apartment is amazing, good size, comfortable, clean and the location is in the perfect spot in the old quarter. It’s within walking distance to food spots, convenience stores and near by historical sights. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend.
