    Poor, do not believe the photos

    Booked the splendid specifically for the pool and spa at the end of a month travelling. The pool doesnt exist advised due to renovation but its still shown in the pictures, the spa is now claimed as a pool but with freezing water, dirty and certainly cant swim. Hotel has absolutely no soundproofing you hear everything. They moved our room after 1st night to a quieter room which was an improvement on exterior noise but you still hear all interior noises. General state is poor, stains, broken shower head, i wont do a full list but it goes on..apart from reception area which is nice. Breakfast mediocre. Not 4 star, by any European standards for sure. Sadly we ended our month trip at our worst hotel of the entire trip.
