    Sehr schönes Cottage in einer schönen Stadt

    Sehr freundlicher und netter Empfang. Sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnung. Wir waren mit der Eisenbahn unterwegs, die Lage ist dafür ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und ca. 5 Minuten zur Innenstadt sehr gut. Obwohl sie zentrumsnahe liegt, war es sehr ruhig (mal von der morgendlichen Müllabfuhr und Strassenreinigung abgesehen)

    We thoroughly recommend Douglas Cottage for a stay in Chester, it is just delightful.

    Douglas cottage is perfectly located in a quiet street just off the main street and near the centre of Chester. It was exceptionally clean, very well equipped and charming. There were toilets on each of its three levels and good bathrooms on the second and third levels. Andy and Barbara were superb hosts and met us at the Cottage, showed us around and gave us great advice on sightseeing in Chester.

    Nothing to say really. If pushed, we would recommend removing some items from cupboards and rearranging the kitchen drinking glasses to make them more accessible.

    The welcome was amazing, to a fantastic property. Truly a special find. A lovely welcome food package too. The cottage was so cute, quirky, cosy.... Everything we could have wanted. Definitely returning.
